Rates for Temporary Buildings

Building rates are calculated by quality, value, application, sq m area and geographical area.   Applications such as warehousing and storage will fall into much lower rateable categories and the hire value of the building (being much lower than a permanent build) will again, reduce the overall yearly rate.
